Speaking Voice

Miller Voice Method is a technique that integrates breath, voice and presence. Using hands-on support to facilitate deep release, we master tangible, repeatable tools for increasing your expressive potential. Amanda was part of the first cohort to certify in mVm, and has been leading workshops in person and online since 2018.

Techniques include:

  • releasing habitual patterns of tension that inhibit spontaneity

  • finding the “active breath,” a circular breathing pattern that facilitates the expression of maximum information

  • expanding resonance in the chest, sinuses and head

  • finding articulation as an extension of the exhale
